Join us for a week of magical moving miniatures! We’ll be guiding you through the process of realising a perfectly small Barn Owl, flapping wings and all. Discover the secrets of Penny’s unique skill and techniques with mechanism forming and utilising Papier-mâché, from concept, development and creation to practice in moulding, sculpting and carving.

We will be hosting at our dear Haarlem Artspace in the quaint market-town of Wirksworth, tucked into the Derbyshire hills. This chocolate-box idyl features splendid walks and views, an array of fantastic shops, restaurants and pubs, along with a host of friendly locals, many of whom we call friends.

All materials and equipment will be provided by us, as well as a large spread for lunch each day. We will send further course details, hospitality and activity suggestions, schedules and much more in the coming weeks - so get your place while there’s room!

• Sunday: Meet & Greet, 6pm Onwards

• Daily Timetable
  Course Teaching, 9am - 5pm (Lunch Included)
  Evening working: guests may have access to workshops until 9pm provided health and safety guidelines are observed
